Questions
What counts as a unit?+
A team or a business process you assess within an engagement, for example "Order to cash" or "Platform team". How many people answer for it makes no difference to the price.
What happens when my trial ends?+
Nothing is deleted. You can still see and export every result, and anyone part-way through a questionnaire can finish. You just can't start new rounds or add engagements until you choose a plan.
Can I change plan or cancel?+
Yes, at any time from the Billing page. Upgrades take effect straight away. If you cancel, you keep your plan to the end of the period you've paid for. After that nothing is deleted: you can still see and export every result, and when you come back you can pick up the same engagement, so the next round compares with your original baseline.
Do respondents need an account?+
No. Each person gets a private link that works on any device and saves as they go. You can also put an assessment form on an intranet page so anyone with access can respond.
Can I use my own maturity model?+
That's the point of Rune. Build your domains, capabilities, questions, levels and thresholds, or start from a template and change it. Publishing creates a version, so editing the model later never changes past results.
What does white label remove?+
Every mention of Rune and Select Red from what your clients see: questionnaires, embeds, PDF reports, browser tabs and the installed app, which carries the client's own name and icon.
